The book with the reputation as the most authoritative and valuable health care bible for Australian travellers venturing overseas, Travelling Well by Dr Deborah Mills, has reached its 14th edition, with more than 125,000 copies in print.

Travelling Well provides 192 pages of information on how to enjoy good health while travelling, including vital vaccinations needed prior to travel to particular countries, hints on how to stay healthy while overseas and important information on post travel precautions and check-ups.

The latest edition includes updated information on new vaccines, latest research into treatment of travellers' diarrhea, and expanded advice for travelling while pregnant. There is new information about malaria, as well as safety suggestions about night travel in third world countries, and tips for dealing with snake bites outside Australia (e.g. compression bandages are not recommended in some countries)
